Purchase Procedure
In case of your request for purchase, you are kindly requested to pay attention and follow below
mentioned items:
1. In order to request for inquiry and purchase, should contact DELTA MAX OIL only by Buyer company
(organizational) email, not with Gmail, Yahoo, or other public email.
2. Contact with deltamaxoil through the email address info@deltamaxoil.com
3. The Buyer order will be sent to deltamaxoil by clarifying the exact grade, quantity, and destination in form of
“LOI” in Buyer company letter head with sign & stamp.

More Information
1. deltamaxoil markets are Turkey, Russia & CIS, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Africa, Europe, Iraq, India, and China.
2. Supplying the mentioned products is direct from producer without any tonnage limitation.
3. It is possible to enter into a long-term contract with client for purchase.
4. Delivery term can be FOB, FCA, CFR, CPT, … based on the client request.
5. The determined delivery term in the issued PI is based on the incoterms 2020.
6. The payment method can be Cash or Bank account in different countries in EUR, AED, or USD based
on the client request.
7. The payment term is negotiable and in case of agreement, for payment, the direct representative or bank
account of producer can be introduced to client.
8. Packing pallets can be wooden or plastic based on the client request.
9. Packing various granular products can be Jambo bag 25KG, 50KG, 700KG based on the producer conditions
and the client request
10. Packing various liquid products can be Bulk Flexi, Tanker, IBC based on the producer conditions and the
client request.
